Alchesay Springs
(White Mountain Apache Reservation)
Located south of Pinetop-Lakeside, Alchesay Springs Campground on the White River is accessed via Highway 73 and is at an elevation of 5,800 feet. There are ten (10) family camp units available with safe drinking water and fishing activities. The managed Season is from April through November. Trailers are accommodated. Stays are limited to 10 days. This is a fee area and permits are required from the White Mountain Apache Tribe. Alchesay Fish Hatchery is nearby and available for tours.
