The Sandia Pueblo is a federally recognized Indian tribe. It is adjacent to Albuquerque, which is the largest metropolitan area in New Mexico. Once the largest pueblo in the area with over 3000 people, they currently have just under 500 members. March 27, 2010 Joy-Vernon |
