A cloudy day gave me an opportunity to get some interesting photos of our hummers on our porch today. July 25, 2010 Joy-Vernon

Just sharing a few of many photos I took today, July 25, 2010, but this one is certainly different. It almost looks like the hummer is lying down, but it was taking off from a limb on the hummingbird tree on our porch. Joy-Vernon

We drove over to Albuquerque today on Hwy. 117 through the Cebolla Wilderness. When I took a photo of this formation, Rick called it, "The Indian Mt. Rushmore". On the right of the taller formation, there seems to be a profile of an Indian. July 28, '10 Joy-Vernon

La Ventana (the window) is one of the largest New Mexico natural arches & perhaps the most dramatic & easily assessable. (It is right on Hwy. 117 in the Cebolla Wilderness). Joy-Vernon
